pOur client, a major public transport organization, is seeking an expert to lead the strategic management of their Microsoft enterprise portfolio and digital workplace ecosystem. This role focuses on overseeing contractual governance, driving sourcing strategies for new market tenders, and designing the organizational operating model for infrastructure and operations. /p /brul /brliManage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement across all dimensions, including true-ups, renewals, and license optimization for M365 and Power Platform. /li /brliLead the contractual relationship and performance management of digital workplace partners through SLA monitoring and roadmap alignment. /li /brliDrive the renewal of digital workplace service markets by drafting specifications and analyzing RFI/RFP responses. /li /brliDefine and implement the processes, tooling, and governance for Software and Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM). /li /brliSupport the design of the target operating model for the IO department by mapping processes and analyzing organizational impacts. /li /brliProvide expert reporting to management regarding financial tracking and licensing compliance. /li /br /ul /brul /brli8+ years of experience in bIT Strategy /b and bEnterprise Agreement /b management. /li /brli8+ years of expertise in bSoftware Asset Management (SAM) /b and bHardware Asset Management (HAM) /b. /li /brli8+ years of experience in bOperating Model Design /b and organizational architecture. /li /brliExpert knowledge of bMicrosoft Licensing /b mechanisms, including bM365 /b, bPower Platform /b, bCopilot /b, and bLTSC /b. /li /brliYou possess significant experience in public procurement, including drafting bRFI/RFP /b documents and tender analysis. /li /brliYou have a strong vision for bDigital Workplace /b services and their integration into enterprise architecture. /li /brliYou bring advanced negotiation skills for vendor management and contract governance. /li /brliYou are proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to facilitate management workshops. /li /brliYou are fluent in bDutch /b or bFrench /b with professional working proficiency in bEnglish /b. /li /br /ul /brh3Nice to Haves /h3 /brul /brliPrior experience in the public sector. /li /brliKnowledge of bProject Online /b licensing optimization. /li /br /ul /brul /brlibStart date: /b 01/01/2027. /li /brlibDuration: /b 12 months. /li /brlibWork regime: /b Full-time. /li /brlibLocation: /b Brussels. /li /brlibWorking model: /b Hybrid. /li /brlibContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /br /ul
