As Head of Commercial & Supply Chain, you'll take the lead in shaping and driving the commercial strategy and optimizing supply chain operations of our Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) department, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our growing operation.



Responsibilities:
  • Own all contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations in procurement, contracting, and the storage and handling of spare parts.
  • Drive excellence in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain to meet both strategic and daily operational needs.
  • Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of the leasing contracts, maintenance reserves, and due diligence for fleet phase-ins and -outs.
  • Build cross-departmental partnerships within SN and across the LHG to align on commercial strategies and initiatives.
  • Inspire and lead a team of ~ 40-45 professionals, fostering growth and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Final responsible for all logistics and warehouse activities.
  • Oversee a ~ €200M annual budget, with a focus on compliance, cost control, and recovery planning.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in leadership, ideally in aviation.
  • Expertise in commercial processes, supplier management, and complex contract management.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus.
