pWe have been instructed by a leading multinational group operating in the transport sector to source a /ph3Legal Counsel /h3h3Main responsibilities /h3pReporting to the Legal Director Italy and working within a team of three, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting corporate governance activities, and progressively contributing to strategic projects, extraordinary transactions and MA initiatives. /ph3Candidate profile /h3ulliItalian Qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar /liliPQE of at least 4 to 5 years. /liliCore Contractual Expertise: strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements (e.g., supply, service, IT, and strategic partnership agreements). /liliGood commercial and corporate (MA) legal experience. /liliPlus: Sector Regulatory Knowledge: familiarity with public transport regulations, public procurement, and concessions. /liliProcurement experience would be welcomed (but not essential). /liliRisk Management: solid understanding of contractual risk allocation, liability limitations, indemnities, and termination mechanisms. /liliSwift, effective and satisfactory resolution of legal issues across all fields. /liliAbility to influence at all levels in the organisation. /liliVery effective negotiation and influencing skills. /liliPositive and proactive attitude and solutions-orientated. /liliStrong analytical skills and able to interpret information to all levels of management throughout the company, becoming a valued partner. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Italian and in English. /liliAbility to manage a demanding workload according to competing business priorities. /liliGood team player with a sense of humour. /li /ul
