What will you be doing?

You’ll strengthen collaboration with the business, with a focus in the areas of commercial law, public tenders, compliance and emerging technologies, including AI, acting as a trusted adviser who isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions and guide the business toward balanced solutions. You’ll perform thorough legal reviews and negotiate a broad range of contracts. We are not just looking for someone to review agreements, we want someone who will actively contribute to refining our contract management processes and confidently represents our interests in discussions. You’ll support strategic public procurement opportunities, reviewing tender documentation, contract terms and compliance requirements, while helping the business navigate complex procurement procedures and negotiations. You’ll proactively manage and anticipate legal risks across customer and supplier engagements, providing clear, actionable advice and handling legal complaints when needed. You know when diplomacy is key and when to stand your ground to safeguard the organizations’ position. You’ll coach and support colleagues, helping them grow their legal expertise through knowledge sharing, constructive feedback and a collaborative mindset.
