At LG, we believe in the power of collective wisdom, fostering a collaborative work environment. /p pJoin us and become a part of a company that is not just about creating solutions for a better life, because at LG, Life's Good. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pLG Electronics Benelux is seeking an experienced and commercially mindedbLegal Counsel /bto support the Benelux legal function and serve as a strategic advisor to senior management. /p pYou will oversee all legal matters related to commercial contracting, competition law, GDPR compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. /p pAs a key business partner, you will play a critical role in enabling sustainable growth, mitigating legal risk, and fostering a strong culture of ethics and compliance across LG Electronics Benelux. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Legal Advisory /h3 ul liServe as the legal advisor to senior management and business leaders across the Benelux region. /li liProvide pragmatic and commercially focused legal support to support business objectives while managing risk. /li liAdvise on strategic initiatives, new business models, partnerships, and corporate projects. /li liTranslate legal and regulatory developments into practical business guidance. /li /ul h3Commercial Law /h3 ul liDraft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, including: /li liSales and distribution agreements /li liProcurement and supplier contracts /li liMarketing and sponsorship agreements /li liService agreements /li liE-commerce and technology-related contracts /li liSoftware licensing and SaaS agreements /li liDevelop and maintain contract templates and legal processes to improve efficiency and consistency. /li /ul h3Competition Antitrust Law /h3 ul liOrganize competition law compliance initiatives across the Benelux organization. /li liAdvise on pricing structures, distribution arrangements, market practices, and customer relationships. /li liIdentify and mitigate antitrust risks in commercial decision-making. /li liDevelop and deliver competition law training programs for business stakeholders. /li /ul h3Data Privacy GDPR /h3 ul liAct as legal advisor on privacy and data protection matters. /li liOversee GDPR compliance and privacy governance initiatives. /li liReview and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and international data transfer arrangements. /li liAdvise on data breaches, investigations, privacy impact assessments, and regulatory inquiries. /li liCollaborate with regional and global compliance teams to ensure alignment with LG standards. /li /ul h3Compliance Corporate Governance /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks. /li liMonitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting LG Electronics Benelux. /li liManage external legal counsel and legal spend where required. /li liSupport investigations, audits, disputes, and regulatory interactions. /li liEnsure strong governance practices and legal compliance throughout the organization. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Law (LL.
