Analytical Development Compliance & Excellence Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Analytical Development Compliance & Excellence Coordinator to support our Analytical Development organization in strengthening compliance, optimizing business processes, and driving operational excellence.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute to strategic initiatives related to Third Party Management (TPM), supplier governance, compliance, process improvement, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Third Party Management & Supplier Governance
- Lead the implementation and deployment of the Third Party Management framework within Analytical Development.
- Translate corporate and compliance requirements into practical, sustainable, and efficient business processes.
- Coordinate supplier lifecycle activities, including onboarding, monitoring, governance, and compliance oversight.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure alignment with internal quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TPM-related topics across multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, process performance metrics, and compliance indicators.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Quality, Legal, Finance, and scientific teams to ensure effective and compliant outsourcing practices. Compliance & Quality Systems
- Coordinate compliance-related initiatives and support the execution of quality and governance activities.
- Monitor action plans and ensure timely implementation of improvements.
- Support risk management, quality systems, and inspection readiness activities.
- Coordinate documentation management, retention, and archiving processes.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong culture of compliance across Analytical Development. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive process harmonization, simplification, and efficiency initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support change management and process optimization projects.
- Use data and performance indicators to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Profile Education
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems and compliance processes.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project coordination, operational excellence, or quality governance.
- Exposure to supplier management, outsourcing governance, Third Party Management, CDMO management, or quality systems is considered a strong asset. Key Competencies
