pWe're looking for a specialist architect to design NIS2-compliant Microsoft 365 access management across SharePoint and MS Teams. You'll define governance, secure document sharing and controls preventing Copilot from bypassing permissions. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliDesign permissions for confidential and non-confidential SharePoint libraries. /liliDefine administrator roles, site ownership and centralised access-approval procedures. /liliDesign external document sharing without exposing personal OneDrive workspaces. /liliIncorporate MS Purview security labels and retention into access governance. /liliSet up access monitoring, periodic reviews and audit trails. /liliDocument governance, standard templates and procedures for servicedesk maintenance. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliEight years of expert experience as a specialist or enterprise architect. /liliKnowledge and experience of modelling techniques: Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA. /liliDutch, C2. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliEight years of senior SharePoint specialist experience. /liliExperience with Office 365 implementation, rollout and administration. /liliInformation security experience covering governance, cybersecurity planning and risk appetite definition. /liliExperience with NIS2. /liliKnowledge and experience of business processes. /liliProject management experience covering costs, timing, coordination, planning and estimates. /liliBroad architecture knowledge, with expertise in infrastructure, applications, security, data or processes. /liliKnowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems for business solutions, such as Documentum or SharePoint. /liliExperience setting up MS365 permissions. /liliKnowledge of M365 architecture and dashboarding. /li /ulh3Good to know /h3ulliExternal collaboration must support partners without MS365 accounts. /liliAccess management must accommodate frequent Microsoft updates. /li /ul
