Who are we looking for?

Education:

  • University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Law
  • Criminal law background is a strong asset

Experience:

  • 0-3 y experience
  • Prior experience in project management, event or training organisation is an asset

Profile:

  • Self-starter and fast-learner
  • Strong organisational skills and priority settings
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Service-oriented and ability to develop sustainable relationships
  • Strong emotional intelligence to deal with all parties and interests involved
  • Attention to details, accurate and rigorous
  • Affinity with a regulated environment (e.g. public, governmental organisations, EU-bodies) is a plus 
  • Can start in the course of October'23

Languages:

  • Fluent English and French
Profil

What will you do?

The project manager coordinates the organisation of criminal law seminars and activities for the Criminal Sub-Working Group. 

  • Preparation of required documentation 
  • Communication with members 
  • Correspondence with participants 
  • Communication with host institutions 
  • Correspondence with experts 
  • Communication with service providers 
  • Updating the company's Criminal law website's section
  • Attending and supervising seminars on behalf of the company (in Belgium and abroad)
  • Holding short presentations about the company's activities
  • Preparation of statistics  
  • Providing follow-up to participants 
  • Preparing reimbursement tables
  • Contribution to various draft documents
