Information Technology Project Lead

ullibLanguages: /b Dutch and French, both spoken and written /li /ul h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bTechnical Project Leader /b to coordinate IT projects with a strong technical component within a large railway and transport infrastructure environment. /p pThe role combines btechnical project management, application management and coordination of technical teams /b. The Project Leader will oversee projects from scope definition and planning through implementation, production deployment, maintenance and support. /p pA strong understanding of IT quality is essential, including the ability to assess and review technical deliverables and perform or review code reviews. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine project scope and prepare project specifications. /li liEstimate the resources required for projects. /li liPlan, organize and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. /li liMonitor project quality and manage risks and issues. /li liCoordinate technical teams, including developers, testers and analysts. /li liFacilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders and other parties involved. /li liSupervise the application lifecycle, including development, integration and maintenance. /li liOversee deployment and production implementation. /li liEnsure the performance, quality and continuity of delivered applications and services. /li liAct as the interface between business and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions. /li liProvide clear reporting to stakeholders. /li liEnsure appropriate project and technical documentation. /li liAssess and review the IT quality of projects, including through code reviews. /li liTake on additional responsibilities as the project evolves. /li /ul h3Technical Environment /h3 pThe projects operate in an environment including: /p ul libWebAPI /b /li libAngular /b /li libMS SQL Server /b /li libMySQL /b /li /ul h3Experience is also required with: /h3 ul liDevOps /li liProcess modelling using bUML, flowcharts and BPMN /b /li liProject management tools and practices /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 ul lib10+ years of relevant experience /b. /li liStrong experience coordinating technical teams such as developers, testers and analysts. /li liSolid experience in application management across development, integration and maintenance. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions. /li liExperience working at the interface between business and IT. /li liExperience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies. /li liExperience with UML, flowcharts and BPMN. /li liAbility to assess IT quality and perform/review code reviews. /li liStrong communication, coordination and reporting skills. /li liExcellent command of bDutch and French /b, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 pThe successful candidate should demonstrate: /p ul liStrong presentation and communication skills. /li liA professional and reliable attitude. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. /li liRespectful and effective interaction with management. /li liClear and structured communication. /li liFlexibility and creative, solution-oriented thinking as project requirements evolve. /li liCommitment to the assignment for its duration. /li /ul
