responsibilities:
/b /pullibHarmonizing and optimizing the CB policy and processes /b (analysis, design, implementation, change and project management) based on market trends, internal alignment within the group and new legislation (e.g. pay transparency, flexible reward, mobility budget, etc…). /liliDesigning and managing the bHay job grading system /b (e.g. onboarding and harmonizing new entities after MA, validating salary proposals, ensuring grading governance, etc…). /liliManaging annual bCB cycles /b (merit reviews, bonus calculations, warrant program). /lilibManaging stakeholders /b (e.g. budgeting forecasting with Finance, mobility cases with external advisors, etc…). /liliLeading bHRIS implementations /b as project manager; managing the budget and coordinating external partners in implementing HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, time attendance system, payroll provider and PowerBI) to digitalize HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning, time tracking and succession planning. /liliManaging internal bcommunication and training stakeholders /b on CB and policy changes. /li /ulpbYour profile: /b /pulliSolid experience in CB and proven expertise in job grading using the Hay methodology within an international and dynamic environment. /liliExperience as a project manager for HRIS implementations (SuccessFactors), payroll set-up, time attendance systems and reporting. /liliFluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset. /liliStrong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with Finance. /li /ulpbOffer: /b /pullibContract: /b Freelance. /lilibStart: /b ASAP. /lilibDuration: /b 6 months. /lilibLocation: /b Region Brussels, with the possibility of remote work. /li /ul /p
