h3Senior Java Developer (Full Stack) /h3pJoin our growing development team in Belgium and work on complex, enterprise-grade software for international clients across the EU and UK. /ppYou will work closely with project managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on modern technologies, solving real business problems, and contributing to end-to-end product development. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies /liliBuild and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and business logic /liliDevelop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements /liliParticipate in system architecture, technical design, and code reviews /liliTroubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications /liliEnsure code quality, performance, security, and scalability /liliIntegrate third-party services, APIs, and databases where required /liliWork closely with QA teams to support testing and issue resolution /liliContribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliStrong experience in Java development /liliGood understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development /liliExperience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server /liliGood understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding practices /liliFamiliarity with Git and version control workflows /liliExperience working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services /liliUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies /liliStrong problem-solving and communication skills /liliAbility to work independently as well as within a team /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with microservices architecture /liliFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines /liliKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud /liliExperience with Hibernate / JPA /liliFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and frontend testing tools /liliExposure to DevOps practices and deployment automation /liliProficiency in French and/or Dutch would be considered a strong advantage /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field /liliRelevant professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, or similar role /li /ulh3What
