JOB DESCRIPTION

• At the heart of the Product Division's digital transformation, the Senior AI Architect designs and manages software architectures that integrate artificial intelligence—from generative AI to ML models in production. This hybrid role combines strategic vision, technical mastery and team leadership to deliver robust, scalable and high-impact AI solutions.

MAIN MISSIONS

AS A SENIOR AI ARCHITECT:

• You are the Division's technical referent for the definition, design and evolution of artificial intelligence architectures. You play a strategic role in the digital transformation of the organization.
• You work closely with different partners to transform operational needs into robust and sustainable technical solutions.
• You design reference architectures for artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring that they are seamlessly integrated into the existing IT ecosystem and that security, governance, compliance, performance, and maintainability requirements are met.
• You will actively participate in the design, implementation and evolution of the Division's AI-Lab, which will be the reference platform for the development, experimentation and operation of artificial intelligence solutions.
• You define the technical architectures for the use of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Computer Vision, Speech AI technologies as well as future emerging technologies.
• You bring your expertise on cloud, hybrid and on-premise architectures, data platforms, MLOps pipelines, API-oriented architectures, event-driven architectures, containerized environments as well as orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• You are the guarantor of best practices related to AI Engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps and AI Governance. In particular, you will ensure the integration of cybersecurity, data protection, traceability, auditability, model risk management and regulatory compliance requirements into all the architectures offered.
• You collaborate with project managers to assess the technical feasibility of new initiatives, identify risks and ensure the consistency of the solutions developed with the organization's overall IT strategy.
• You will constantly monitor technological developments in the artificial intelligence market and evaluate new technologies likely to bring real added value to the organization.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of software solutions, including at least 2 years of experience in architecting artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions.
• Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating a comparable level of expertise. Profiles from non-conventional backgrounds (retraining, self-taught, open source) are welcome if you can demonstrate your impact.
• Demonstrated experience in the design, industrialization and deployment of AI solutions in a production environment, from needs analysis to operational operation.
• Strong knowledge of
