About Dalton
Dalton is an AI-native CRO and website optimization platform for online stores, based in Ghent. We help e-commerce teams run smarter experiments and see, per variant, what actually moves conversion, replacing guesswork with a system that tests and learns on its own.
We're a small team: two founders, three engineers and a Customer Success Manager. Standards are high and the pace is fast; we'd rather fix things in the room than in a meeting.
The role
Dalton is hiring a sales hire to run full-cycle deals alongside the founders, from outbound through close. This isn't a leadership or management seat. It's a hands-on builder role for someone a few years into (B2B SaaS) sales who wants to execute alongside founder-led sales.
What you'll do
• Run outbound prospecting and build your own pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, close
• Run product demos and speak credibly to how the platform and its experiments work
• Keep the CRM clean: pipeline, notes, next steps
• Work directly with the founders on messaging, ideal customer profile, and what's converting
• Help refine the sales playbook as you learn what works
What we're looking for
• A few years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to marketing, growth, or e-commerce teams
• A track record of running full-cycle deals, not just booking meetings
• Comfortable learning a technical, still-evolving product and explaining conversion optimization clearly
• Driven and hands-on. This is a builder seat, not a management one
• Full-time, based in Ghent, in-office with the rest of the team
Nice to have
• Experience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, or web analytics
• Experience at an early-stage startup
What you get
• Meaningful equity
• Budget to test and move fast
• Direct founder collaboration
• Yearly team trips
• Real impact on company direction
