h3SAP EDI Specialist /h3 pBelgium (Hybrid), Long-Term Assignment, Freelance / Employed Consultant /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bSAP EDI Specialist /b to join a long-term international program within a complex SAP environment. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, supporting, and enhancing EDI integrations that enable seamless communication between SAP and external business partners across Europe. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP experts, developers, and integration teams to ensure reliable and efficient Order-to-Cash processes. /p pThis position offers the opportunity to work on business-critical integrations while contributing to the continuous improvement of a large-scale SAP landscape. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end EDI integration projects with external partners /li liGather and analyze business and customer requirements /li liTranslate business needs into SAP EDI functional solutions /li liConfigure and support SAP SD and EDI processes /li liAnalyze and resolve complex EDI and IDoc-related issues /li liCollaborate with SAP developers and integration teams /li liDefine interface specifications, mappings, and integration requirements /li liCoordinate testing, deployment, and go-live activities /li liProvide third-level support for business-critical incidents /li liCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation /li liDrive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liStrong experience within SAP SD environments /li liProven experience with SAP EDI integrations /li liGood knowledge of: ul liIDocs /li liPartner Profiles /li liALE /li liOutput Management /li liOrder-to-Cash (OTC) processes /li /ul /li liExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions /li liAbility to analyze and troubleshoot complex integration issues /li liExperience working with both technical and business stakeholders /li liProfessional level of English /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 pExperience with one or more of the following: /p ul liEDIFACT /li liVDA /li liORDERS /li liDELFOR /li liDESADV /li liINVOIC /li liSAP PI/PO /li liSAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite /li liAPI and JSON integrations /li liManufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, or Logistics environments /li liABAP debugging skills /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liLong-term freelance assignment or employee status /li liHybrid working model /li liInternational and multicultural environment /li liExposure to large-scale SAP and integration projects /li liOpportunity to work on business-critical EDI solutions /li liCollaborative team with SAP and integration experts /li liHigh visibility role within a strategic IT landscape /li /ul
