• Assess end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, improved controls and clearer ownership.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical operating-model components, including governance, roles and responsibilities, process design, service delivery, data and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, IT, data and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, integrated and aligned with wider transformation initiatives.

• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across tax, finance, IT and the wider business, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or supervising junior colleagues and taking ownership for the quality and timely delivery of team outputs.
