Your work will include: /pullicorporate law and governance matters; /liliMA; /lilicorporate restructurings; /lilishareholder relations and strategic advisory work; /lilicorporate disputes and conflict management. /li /ulpYou will work directly with clients, take ownership of matters and contribute actively to the further growth of the practice and the firm. You will also support and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of our team. /ph3bYour profile /b /h3pYou combine strong legal expertise with sound judgement, professional maturity and genuine team spirit. You: /pullihold a Master's degree in Law; /lilihave at least 7 years of experience in corporate law and MA; /lilipossess strong technical expertise and drafting skills; /lilitranslate complex legal questions into pragmatic advice; /liliare fluent in Dutch and English; /lilihave a good knowledge of French or are willing to further develop it; /lilicommunicate confidently with clients, counterparties and advisers; /lilienjoy taking ownership and working independently; /liliare willing to share knowledge and support junior colleagues; /lilicombine ambition with a practical and collaborative mindset. /li /ulpAn LL.
