Functieomschrijving ABB Electrification loopt altijd voorop in innovatieve elektrificatie en bepaalt vandaag de dag de toekomst van veilige, slimme en duurzame oplossingen. Met de groeiende strategische rol van elektrificatie, verstedelijking en de wereldwijde overgang naar een koolstofarme toekomst, ondersteunt ABB deze transitie met digitaal verbonden oplossingen en diensten op basis van ABB Ability. De toekomst van mobiliteit is elektrisch, en ABB bouwt de laadinfrastructuur om de wereld te helpen overschakelen van fossiele brandstoffen naar elektrisch aangedreven mobiliteit.

ABB Electrification, gevestigd in Gent en Zaventem, heeft onder de merknaam Vynckier een sterke reputatie opgebouwd. Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen een breed scala aan uitrusting, componenten, toebehoren en oplossingen voor zowel industriële (bijvoorbeeld automatiseringsprocessen) als huishoudelijke elektrische installaties. Met onze producten voor laagspanningsdistributie en -automatisering zijn wij marktleider en versterken wij deze positie voortdurend dankzij een sterk team, uitstekende naverkoopdienst, compleet productassortiment en sterk distributienetwerk.

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, willen wij ons team versterken met een Sales Engineer Home & Building Solutions voor Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Deze rol omvat de verkoop en vraagcreatie voor de producten en oplossingen van ABB Electrification, met een focus op Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Een belangrijke uitdaging is het bieden van technisch advies en ondersteuning aan onze klanten bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van hun projecten.

Jouw klanten zijn installateurs elektriciteit, industriële bedrijven, eindgebruikers, bouwbedrijven en groothandels.

Je bent verantwoordelijkheid:
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van elektriciens (bestaande klanten en prospecten) om langdurige samenwerkingen op te bouwen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij de voorbereiding van projecten en het opstellen van offertes om verkoop te realiseren.
  • Elektriciens informeren over nieuwe producten en technologieën, en hen promotieacties voorstellen.
  • Bezoeken van medewerkers van onze groothandels in jouw regio om feedback te geven over klantbezoeken, informatie te delen over marktevoluties, hen te ondersteunen bij projectverkopen, promotionele activiteiten op te zetten en hen te informeren over onze nieuwe producten.
  • Ontwikkelen van een goede samenwerking met collega's om de regionale klantenportefeuille optimaal te beheren.
  • Groei realiseren in de verkoop in jouw regio door het volledige verkoopproces positief te beïnvloeden.
Profiel
  • Een sterke technische achtergrond in elektriciteit/building automation (bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Succesvolle verkoopervaring in laagspanningsoplossingen of building automation is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Een overtuigende onderhandelaar, een vlotte communicator en volhardend.
  • Werkt op een energieke, volwassen en resultaatgerichte wijze.
  • Goed georganiseerd en kan functioneren in een complexe en uitdagende omgeving en structuur.
  • Een echte teamspeler.
  • Zelfstandig beheren van je agenda en klantenbestand.
  • Bereid om 's avonds informatiesessies te organiseren.
  • Woont in of in de onmiddellijke omgeving van Oost/West-Vlaanderen
