Het management van IS Life wordt beheerd door een tiental Service Delivery Leaders die verantwoordelijk zijn voor onze kern- en digitale toepassingen, de functionele en technische architectuur, het portfoliobeheer, het beheer van ons nieuwe Datawarehouse en onze transformatie naar nieuwe technologieën. We willen ons managementteam versterken. Wil jij je aansluiten bij het management van IS Life en zo bijdragen aan het succes van onze Business Life ? Jouw belangrijkste uitdaging?Afhankelijk van je rol binnen het management van IS Life, beheer je een of meer van de volgende aspecten:Een toepassingsdomein vanuit het oogpunt van ontwikkeling, architectuur, productieopvolging;Het beheer van de Business roadmap en de definitie ervan voor de komende jaren;De visie en implementatie van onze technologische transformatie in overeenstemming met de Business behoeften;Je beheert de capaciteit van je team van 10-20 personen, waarvan een deel offshore;Je beheert je projecten en ondersteunt het onderhoud in je domein;Je draagt bij aan de dynamiek van de afdeling en het beheer ervan met je collega-leiders;Je beheerst je scope en moedigt verbeteringsvoorstellen aan. Het doel? Efficiënt, voorspelbaar en relevant zijn op de lange termijn. Herken je jezelf hierin?Je bent ondernemend, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht, met respect voor je collega's;Je hebt ervaring in people management en hecht veel belang aan het creëren en onderhouden van een goede sfeer binnen het team;Je hebt ervaring in IT-portfolio management (projecten en toepassingen). Je streeft er voortdurend naar om de businesswaarde van elk project te maximaliseren binnen de IT-beperkingen;Je hebt een analytische, creatieve en oplossingsgerichte geest en je weet een architectuur te begrijpen/uit te dagen;Je bent in staat om een transformatie te definiëren, je collega's rond deze visie te verenigen en de uitvoering ervan te leiden;Je spreekt Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal, evenals Engels om samen te werken met IT-leveranciers;Jouw credo? Ontwikkeling, ontwikkeling en nog eens ontwikkeling: van jezelf, van je collega's en van AG.
