Service description:
A supportive role in the Recruitment & Selection process for our expert recruiters.

  • Focus on driving an excellent administrative follow-up;
  • Responsibility for updating & publishing the vacancies of internships and all the other job requisitions in Step-Up;
  • Reporting of the weekly status of the open vacancies;
  • Monitoring the general mailbox of Recruitment & Selection;
  • Lead of Hudson testing;
  • Practical organization of the job day events;
  • Lead and operator of the referral process;
  • Operational support of the invoicing process.
  • Supporting the recruiters with all the administrative work;
  • Participating in internal team meetings & projects

Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative job.
  • Pro-active & result oriented - being accountable for his/her deliverables.
  • Flexible - have an agile working attitude.
  • Team player & Out-of-the box mindset (min. 2 days per week at the office)
  • Can-do attitude towards process improvement
  • Experience in energy sector, infrastructure/engineering sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch

Additional information:

  • Onsite presence: By default, a physical presence on site is required for 2 days per week.
  • Meeting and desk activities will be split between the two Elia Group locations in Brussels, and occasionally the 50Hertz Netzquartier in Berlin (2 days working at the office per week on average).
  • In case of travels to Germany, Elia will cover all costs.

  • Possess a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium.
  • Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium.
