Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy . Work with stakeholders to define data products and business requirements. Design data architectures that support scalable and self-service data capabilities. Establish and implement data governance policies and frameworks . Coordinate the rollout of the data strategy and develop appropriate training plans. Manage stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities. Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders. Requirements 4–6 years of relevant experience in data program or project management. Strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and governance . Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance tools . Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a plus. Understanding of data science and machine learning is an advantage. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Work Arrangement
