We balance vision with a pragmatic path to change, transforming strategies into leading‑edge tech platforms at scale. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liApply Generative AI to solve complex, real‑world business challenges for leading global clients. /li liJoin BCG’s AI Platforms Group, the firm’s global center of excellence for AI and GenAI platforms. /li liDesign and deliver scalable AI and Generative AI solutions, from architecture to hands‑on implementation. /li liPartner closely with clients to define AI strategies, platforms, and target architectures. /li liTranslate AI ambition into measurable business impact in collaboration with BCG case teams. /li liCombine deep architecture expertise with hands‑on execution, bridging Solution Architect and AI Engineer roles. /li liIntegrate enterprise‑grade AI and GenAI solutions into existing technology landscapes. /li liWork on pioneering AI initiatives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment with strong training and development support. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liA master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science. /li li4–10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying AI systems. /li liProficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or R, and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. /li liKnowledge of vector databases and data platforms. /li liOwn problems end‑to‑end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done, ensuring both your team and our clients succeed. /li liProficiency in explaining complex AI concepts to non‑experts and effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams. /li liSkills in designing data models and architectures that support large‑scale AI applications. /li liUnderstanding of and commitment to ethical AI development, including issues of bias, fairness, and transparency. /li liFluency in English, and Dutch or French. /li /ul h3Additional Info /h3 pBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
