We are looking for a Animal Health Sales Director with an in depth knowledge of the Belgian veterinary market to lead a commercial teams of 5 sales representatives & to explore new partnerships with Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies outside Belgian to conclude exclusive distribution contracts. Our client is a Belgian company specialising in the development, registration, marketing and commercialisation of veterinary pharmaceutical products for both livestock and companion animal. The organisation has built a strong reputation through its scientific expertise, in-house R&D laboratory, and regulatory excellence. Operating internationally through a network of manufacturing and distribution partners, the company offers innovative veterinary solutions across multiple continents while maintaining the agility, ownership culture, and entrepreneurial spirit of a growing SME. - Veterinary channel, you will have the following

responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis to identify unmet needs within the Belgian veterinary sector. Assess partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and negotiate exclusive distribution opportunities. Prepare and support product launches in collaboration with the sales team. Field Sales Management Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Belgian market. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 5 sales representatives covering Belgium. Maintain close contact with key stakeholders in the Belgian veterinary market. - Pharmaceutical Products
- Veterinary channel, you will have the following profile: Veterinary degree or equivalent in-depth expertise and network within the veterinary industry. 10/15 years of experiences in the Animal Health industry. Strong knowledge of the Belgian veterinary market and its key stakeholders. Proven experience in a commercial, sales management, or business development role. Previous experience managing and coaching sales teams. Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English. As a successful Animal Health Sales Manager
