This role is a bplayer-coach /b position where you will not only guide and mentor the team but also actively contribute as an engineer. You will help shape our bcloud-native transformation /b, drive the adoption of bGitOps and DevSecOps practices /b, and ensure the efficiency, scalability, and security of our development and deployment pipelines. /ph3bKey

Experience:
/b /h3ullib5+ years of experience /b in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. /lilib2+ years of leadership experience /b (formal or informal) in a DevOps or software engineering team. /liliStrong expertise in bCI/CD pipelines /b, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. /liliExperience with bJenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and GitOps tools /b (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux). /liliSolid background in bcloud-native architectures /b and deployment strategies. /liliFamiliarity with bcontainerization /b (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. /liliUnderstanding of bDevSecOps /b best practices and security automation. /liliStrong collaboration and communication skills, able to work across teams and geographies. /li /ulh3bNice to Have: /b /h3ulliExperience with bpublic cloud platforms /b (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their DevOps toolchains. /liliKnowledge of bmonitoring and observability tools /b (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). /liliBackground in bperformance tuning and system reliability engineering (SRE) /b. /liliFamiliarity with bprogressive delivery /b techniques (e.g., feature flags, canary releases). /li /ulh3bLocation: /b bGhent, Belgium (hybrid working) /b /h3h3bWhat
