Sibelco in Dessel is seeking a Payroll Specialist with broad HR operations responsibilities. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure Belgian compliance, and handle employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.
The role requires 2-5 years’ experience in payroll/HR, strong knowledge of Belgian legislation, and proficiency with Workday and Protime. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with a permanent, on-site position offering strong benefits.
