Solution Architect Lead Developer

h3Mission Overview: /h3pKeystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect / Lead Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation strategy of our client, focusing on modernizing their information systems and enhancing internal digital capabilities. /ph3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3ulliOwn the target architecture (application, integration, data, security) and ensure it is implementable by a small engineering team. /liliLead the technical side of delivery: refinement, estimates, definition of done, stand-ups, and technical risk management. /liliTranslate business needs into a backlog the team can execute, while protecting scope against technical debt or risk. /liliCoach medior developers, review designs and code, and elevate the quality bar without becoming a bottleneck. /liliDefine and enforce standard engineering practices: Git, branching, CI/CD, automated tests, environments, and release discipline. /liliAct as the technical counterpart for the client, product, infrastructure, and security stakeholders. /liliProduce and maintain living architecture artifacts (SAD, ADRs, diagrams, interface contracts). /liliIdentify risks early (security, performance, operability, vendor lock-in, delivery) and drive mitigation through to production. /li /ulh3Profile

Requirements:
/h3ulli8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading the technical side of delivery as a tech lead, lead developer, or solution architect on a live project. /liliProven track record of taking a solution from design to production with a team. /liliConfirmed experience with Azure (or an equivalent public cloud) and comfortable in hybrid setups. /liliProficient in Java or Python; able to read, review, and guide work in the other. /liliSolid DevOps culture: CI/CD, Git, automated tests, and infrastructure-as-code literacy. /liliSecurity by design: identity, secrets, least privilege, encryption, and data protection. /liliClear, direct communicator in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus. /li /ulh3Assets: /h3ulliAzure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) or equivalent practical evidence. /liliExperience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (AKS / Kubernetes) at a confirmed level. /liliFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, OpenTofu). /liliExperience in regulated or public-sector delivery in Belgium. /li /ulpAt Keystone Solutions, we pride ourselves on our consultancy nature, offering dynamic projects that provide turbo-charged learning opportunities and a commitment to your career growth.
