On behalf of our client, an international law firm based in Brussels, we are looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to support two partners in their day-to-day activities.

This is an opportunity to discover how an international law firm operates while developing your professional skills through excellent training, in an outstanding working environment.


Your responsibilities

You will provide administrative and organisational support to two partners, helping their daily activities run smoothly and facilitating communication with clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and meeting management: scheduling appointments, coordinating availability and arranging the practical details of meetings.
  • Travel arrangements: organising business trips, making reservations and preparing itineraries.
  • Correspondence: drafting and following up on emails and letters in French, English and Dutch.
  • Document preparation and file administration: formatting documents, maintaining organised files and keeping information up to date.
  • Billing support: assisting with the preparation and administrative follow-up of invoices, in coordination with the relevant colleagues.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors: ensuring a professional, attentive and welcoming experience.


You will receive training in the firm’s procedures and working practices, allowing you to gradually build confidence and become more independent in your role.


Your profile

  • You are a recent university graduate or a junior professional with some initial work experience, looking to develop your career in a role combining organisation, communication and administrative support.
  • You are fluent in French, English and Dutch, both written and spoken, and communicate professionally with a wide range of people.
  • You have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise competing requests. You enjoy supporting others and understand the importance of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Above all, we are looking for someone who is motivated, curious and eager to learn.
