pWe’re hiring for ba global data AI learning platform /b with a simple mission: give everyone the data and AI skills they need to succeed. bMillions of learners and thousands of organisations /b, including many of the world’s largest enterprises, use the platform to build practical, job-ready skills. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe’re looking for a bSenior Product Engineer /b who brings real passion, innovation and entrepreneurial drive to systems that millions of people rely on to learn. /p pYou’ll take blarge, ambiguous projects from idea to impact /b with real autonomy: prototyping, measuring and iterating in fast feedback loops rather than working through a ticket queue. You’ll have a bstrong voice in what gets built and how /b, working closely with Product, Design and other engineers. /p pThis is an AI-native team, not an AI-curious one. Agentic coding tools such as bClaude Code and Codex /b are central to the daily workflow, alongside LLMs and AI APIs. Engineers use them to prototype faster, improve code quality and spend more time on the hard problems. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul libOwn product or platform projects end-to-end /b: idea, build, release, measurement and iteration /li libShape the technical direction /b of your systems, from architecture to implementation /li libOwn the services you ship /b and keep them scalable, reliable and observable, increasingly including bLLM-powered services /b /li liRaise the bar on architecture, testing, observability and code quality /li libUse data, metrics and user feedback /b to decide what to build next /li liGrow the engineers around you through mentorship, technical leadership and thoughtful code review /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul lib7+ years building software across the stack. /b Experience with bTypeScript, Node.js and React /b is a strong plus /li libStartup, early-stage or small-company experience /b: you thrive in fast-paced environments and ship quickly /li libA strong product mindset /b paired with pragmatism: you understand your users, weigh data and feedback with good taste, and make sharp trade-offs instead of chasing perfection /li libAI-native way of working /b: agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) are your primary way of working, with b6+ months of daily, hands-on use /b.
