This role combines validation strategy, process improvement, team coaching and stakeholder coordination in a complex and highly regulated technical environment. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the overall software validation strategy. /li liReview current testing practices and identify improvement opportunities. /li liEstablish reusable methodologies, standards and testing frameworks. /li liSupport the definition of KPIs and monitor test coverage. /li liCoach software development and validation teams. /li liLead reviews with technical experts, management and key stakeholders. /li liHelp structure testing activities across multiple products and teams. /li liEnsure consistency, traceability and quality throughout the validation process. /li /ul h3Profil recherché : /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. /li liAt least 8 years of experience in software testing, verification or validation. /li liStrong expertise in requirements-based testing. /li liProven experience in safety-critical, regulated or highly technical industries. /li liDemonstrated leadership in test strategy, validation governance or team coordination. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liAbility to define scalable testing processes and support organizational maturity. /li liExperience with embedded software environments is highly valued. /li /ul h3Mandatory requirements /h3 ul liFluent French. /li liOn-site presence at least four days per week. /li /ul
