Hands-on Marketing Manager – EEVEE Mobility
As B2B Marketing Manager, you support our commercial organisation by managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing, brand building and lead activation. You are responsible for rolling out marketing and communication campaigns and managing our social media, press, events and more.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy together with the leadership, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Take the initiative to deploy the right channels and partners — social media, email, paid campaigns, events, PR — at the right moment.
- Execute and optimise campaigns hands-on: create ads, publish posts, update the CRM and analyse results.
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs such as lead generation, engagement and conversion.
- Build in-depth knowledge of EEVEE's products, customers and market to strengthen our messaging.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools and trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What skills and experience do you bring?
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- You are proactive, results-driven and passionate about our mission.
- You are a self-starter and a team player.
- You challenge the status quo and thrive in fast-changing environments.
- You speak fluent Dutch and can express yourself well in English.
- You have a talent for setting priorities, managing multiple projects and meeting critical deadlines.
- Bonus points for curiosity, an eye for detail and a sense of humour.
