pAs a Functional Analyst, you will strengthen a development team within an organisation with a strong societal role. You will work closely with internal employees and dotNET lab consultants. You will take ownership of the functional process from start to finish. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liIdentify business needs and translate them into clear functional analyses and user stories. /li liCoordinate regularly with stakeholders, developers and other people involved. /li liSupport the development team with functional questions and decisions. /li liFollow up on implementation and safeguard functional quality. /li liPresent new functionality during sprint demos. /li liHelp improve the functional analysis process and working methods. /li liLook beyond a single application or process and help identify connections and dependencies across the wider application landscape. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Functional Analyst who moves comfortably between business and development. /p ul liYou have several years of experience as a Functional Analyst in software or digitalisation projects. /li liYou are skilled at translating business needs into clear functional analyses and user stories. /li liYou have experience with Agile/Scrum and enjoy working closely with developers and stakeholders. /li liYou are comfortable in a complex application landscape and can assess connections and dependencies effectively. /li liYou communicate clearly, ask the right questions and are willing to think critically. /li liYou work independently and take responsibility while valuing collaboration within the team. /li /ul h3What can you expect? /h3 pThe team works according to Agile/Scrum, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. /p pCollaboration, ownership and clear communication are important. /p pThe assignment is hybrid, with an average of one day per week at the office in Brussels. /p pDoes this freelance assignment sound like a good fit for you?
