Your RoleAs Team Manager at Sander, you run your own desk AND develop the people around you. You're commercially sharp, results-driven and genuinely invested in your team's growth.
As a Business ManagerMap your market, identify decision-makers and pick up the phoneBuild your client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturingPitch, negotiate and close : you own the full sales cycleManage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contractHit your personal billing targets consistentlyAs a Team LeadCoach and develop junior and medior consultants on a daily basisSupport your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal negotiationsCreate an environment where people perform at their best and grow fastContribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team membersParticipate in Sander's commercial strategy in BrusselsYour profileMinimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-sideStrong personal billing track recordNatural leader : people follow you because they want to, not because they have toCommercially driven and comfortable with ambiguityBilingual French & English (mandatory)Bachelor's degree minimumWhat's in it for youSalary + uncapped commissionsPersonal commission plan + team performance bonusCompany car or mobility budget + fuel cardMeal vouchers, health insurance & net expensesTailored leadership development pathIncentive trips : Barcelona, Marrakech, Miami ðA real leadership role in a fast-growing agency
