Rather than focusing exclusively on reporting, you will have the opportunity to understand the operational side of the company, challenge existing processes and provide management with meaningful financial insights. /ppThe position offers bconsiderable autonomy and visibility within the organisation /b, with regular interaction with management as well as Sales and operational teams. /ppIt is an interesting opportunity for someone looking for a bbroad controlling position where numbers, business and processes come together. /b /pbrpAs bFinancial Controller /b, your responsibilities will include: /pulliMonitoring financial performance and preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting; /liliPreparing budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections and following up on deviations; /liliAnalysing financial and operational KPIs and translating them into actionable insights for management; /liliActing as a financial business partner and supporting management in strategic and operational decision-making; /liliIdentifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and cost control; /liliSupporting and improving financial, administrative and operational processes; /liliCoordinating the financial and administrative aspects of commercial projects and larger client dossiers; /liliWorking closely with Sales, operational teams and the Back Office to ensure accurate follow-up of projects and processes; /liliSupporting and coordinating the Back Office on daily operations and more complex files; /liliParticipating in the optimisation of ERP, CRM and other business systems; /liliMonitoring supplier agreements, contractual conditions and budgets to identify and mitigate financial risks; /liliContributing to broader Finance and business improvement projects as the organisation continues to develop. /li /ulbrullibExperience: /b You have previous experience within financial controlling, business controlling, accounting or another analytical finance position and are comfortable working with reporting, budgets and financial analysis. /lilibLanguages: /b You have a professional command of bDutch and French /b; additional languages are an asset. /lilibQualifications: /b You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
