YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :
As Cyril, Process Engineer at Cream, you map, optimize and improve processes.
Your tasks will be :
- Design, document, and implement new business processes.
- Analyze, map, and optimize processes
- Manage process changes and support their deployment, including end-user guidance after implementation
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders within an Agile team to deliver process improvements
- Monitor process performance through KPIs and drive continuous process improvement initiative
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?
- Master's degree in related field or the equivalent in experience.
- At least 2 year analyzing processes
- At least 1 year BPMN use
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professional proficiency in English AND French or Dutch
