h3Operations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Network Security Engineer /h3pstrongLocation: /strong Antwerpbr data-end="306" data-start="303"strongExperience: /strong 8+ Yearsbr data-end="333" data-start="330"strongNo. of Positions: /strong 2br data-end="360" data-start="357"strongJob Type: /strong Full-timebr data-end="386" data-start="383"strongStart Date: /strong ASAP /ph3strongJob Summary /strong /h3pWe are looking for an experienced strongOperations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Network Security Engineer /strongwith strong expertise in Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewall technologies. /ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end L3 support, operational management, troubleshooting, and governance of enterprise network and network security environments across datacenter, branch, hybrid, and OT infrastructure landscapes. /ph3strongKey Responsibilities /strong /h3h3Network Operations (Cisco) /h3ulliProvide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, WAN/LAN, datacenter, and branch connectivity /liliTroubleshoot advanced networking issues involving:ulliRouting Switching /liliVLANs Trunking /liliSTP /liliHSRP / VRRP /liliACLs /liliBGP / OSPF / Static Routing /liliPacket Loss Latency /liliLink Flaps Asymmetric Routing /li /ul /liliSupport network migrations, cutovers, onboarding activities, and service changes /liliMonitor network utilization, interface errors, and overall network performance /li /ulh3Network Security Operations (Palo Alto) /h3ulliProvide L3 support for Palo Alto firewall environments /liliManage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, policy tuning, and traffic flow analysis /liliTroubleshoot firewall-related issues impacting application communication and connectivity /liliSupport Panorama-managed environments and firewall governance activities /liliCoordinate implementation of security controls aligned with enterprise standards /li /ulh3Incident, Change Problem Management /h3ulliLead P1/P2 incident handling for network and security-related services /liliAct as escalation point for major outages and recurring service issues /liliConduct root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions /liliExecute planned changes with proper validation, rollback planning, and governance /liliEnsure service restoration checks and change documentation are completed /li /ulh3Operations Governance /h3ulliManage operational activities across networking and security domains /liliDrive SLA compliance, escalation handling, and operational prioritization /liliMentor L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge transfer initiatives /liliCoordinate with customers, ISPs, OEMs, cloud teams, and internal technical teams /liliMaintain SOPs, network diagrams, firewall documentation, and implementation standards /liliSupport audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and hardening initiatives /liliIdentify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and operational improvements /li /ulh3strongRequired Qualifications /strong /h3ulli8+ years of experience in enterprise network and network security operations /liliStrong hands-on expertise in Cisco networking technologies /liliStrong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto firewalls /liliGood understanding of:ulliRouting Switching /liliVLANs, Trunking, STP /liliOSPF / BGP /liliACLs /liliNAT VPN /liliNetwork Segmentation /liliFirewall Policy Evaluation /liliPacket Flow Analysis /li /ul /liliExperience in enterprise datacenter, branch, and hybrid network environments /liliStrong troubleshooting skills across networking and security layers /liliExcellent incident management and stakeholder coordination skills /liliStrong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities /liliAbility to independently handle L3 escalations and high-priority incidents /li /ulp strongNote: /strong For this position, strongDutchand English communication proficiency mandatory. /strong /ph3strongPreferred Skills /strong /h3ulliExposure to cloud connectivity and cloud security integrations /liliExperience with monitoring tools and security log analysis /liliScripting or automation exposure for operational efficiency /liliVendor coordination and escalation management experience /liliFamiliarity with OT or industrial infrastructure environments /li /ulh3strongWhat
