Als Financial Controller speel je een cruciale rol in de financiële rapportering en controle van het bedrijf, een snelgroeiende Belgische scale-up met activiteiten in het verbeteren van de levenskwaliteit van mensen. Hierbvoor werk je nauw samen met het management en zorg je voor de optimalisatie van financiële processen en structuren.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Opvolgen van de financiële rapportering en het analyseren van de cijfers voor strategische beslissingen.
- Coördineren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen en het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts.
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor interne en externe auditors.
- Optimaliseren van interne controles en financiële processen om efficiëntie en schaalbaarheid te verhogen.
- Actief bijdragen aan financiële strategieën en businessplannen.
Jouw profiel als Financial Controller:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in audit, controlling of accounting.
- Een analytische mindset en een proactieve aanpak.
