pOur Client is a European multinational company operating in a regulated industry, with offices in Ticino, Switzerland. As the business continues to expand, the Group is looking to strengthen its Legal Team. The search is strictly confidential. AIMS International Italia has been exclusively retained to source an: /ph3International Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts /h3h3Main responsibilities /h3pThe role will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a broad range of international commercial agreements, including supply, manufacturing, confidentiality, agency and distribution contracts. The position will work closely with the business and Senior Management, providing pragmatic legal solutions in a dynamic and international environment. /ph3Candidate profile /h3ulliEuropean qualified lawyer with around 4–7 years of post-qualified experience gained while working in private practice at a leading law firm, or in an international company. /liliSolid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts at an international level (licensing, distribution, sponsorship and RD) /liliLanguages: Strong command of English. Spanish and or Italian will be a plus. /liliAbility to work autonomously and communicate laterally and upwardly with ease. /liliProject management skills and an open, flexible response to change. /liliAbility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, growth environments and a strong reputation for delivering results. /liliAbility to think globally about the interest of the overall business and not exclusively focus on the needs/interests of the local marketplace. /liliExcellent communication skills and reputation for being a valued partner to business clients: quick thinker, with a clear and concise communication style. /li /ulh3Location /h3
