Brussels Duration: ~20 months Contract: Temporary or Freelance options Your Mission In this strategic site‑level role, you will be the key link between engineering design and real‑world execution. You will: Lead and supervise all electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with design intent and execution plans. Coordinate daily activities between the central design office, subcontractors, and on‑site teams. Monitor installation progress , quality control, safety compliance, and documentation. Ensure full adherence to RGIE / AREI regulations and project specifications. Collaborate across disciplines (HVAC, sanitary, architectural, structural) to resolve interface issues. Support testing, commissioning , and final handover processes. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience in electrical execution for commercial buildings, MEP projects, or large‑scale renovations. Strong working knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI standards. Hands‑on experience managing site teams, subcontractors , and daily execution workflows. Professional proficiency in French and English ; Dutch is a strong asset. Familiarity with Belgian site safety requirements (VCA‑VOL). What's In It for You Competitive salary & benefits aligned with Belgian market standards.
