Description:Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technical Sales Officer pour renforcer le département spécialisé en menuiseries techniques en aluminium et bois (portes et fenêtres) d'une société basée à Péruwelz. En tant que technico-commercial interne, vous êtes le point de contact clé entre les clients, les équipes techniques et les partenaires. Votre mission se répartit en trois volets : Commercial & administratif (1/3) : Préparation et suivi des devis Suivi administratif des projets dans le logiciel ERP Traitement des demandes commerciales entrantes Technique & coordination (1/3) : Compréhension des aspects techniques des projets et des situations chantier Échanges avec les clients, poseurs et équipes internes pour assurer le bon déroulement des installations Suivi des chantiers en collaboration avec le Project Leader Communication & relation client (1/3) : Prise d'appels et traitement des e-mails Coordination avec les fournisseurs et les clients Gestion des informations entrantes/sortantes liées aux projets Profil Profil recherché : Vous disposez d'une affinité technique solide, idéalement accompagnée d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine technique. Vous savez lire des plans. Vous appréciez le contact client et savez le gérer avec courtoisie, clarté et professionnalisme. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les tâches administratives, et travaillez de manière rigoureuse, structurée et précise. Vous avez une connaissance du néerlandais : grand atout, pas indispensable. Vous avez une bonne capacité d'organisation, pensez de manière planifiée, et êtes capable de travailler aussi bien de façon autonome qu'en collaboration avec une équipe.
