Als Project Manager ben jij de spilfiguur die projecten in de tertiaire sector, industrie of infrastructuur begeleidt, vanaf de voorstudie tot de uiteindelijke oplevering aan de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk aspect van het project soepel verloopt en dat de doelen binnen de gestelde tijd en budget worden bereikt.
Je werkt voornamelijk aan uitdagende projecten in bruggen en sluizen, en je brengt jouw expertise in HVAC, elektriciteit of leidingen in de praktijk.
Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden
- Technisch Leiderschap: Je stuurt de technische kant van de projecten aan, specifiek gericht op HVAC, elektrische installaties en leidingen.
- Projectbeheer: Je beheert de administratie, contracten en financiële rendabiliteit van de projecten en zorgt voor nauwkeurige budgettering en rapportage.
- Klantrelaties: Je waarborgt een uitstekende relatie met de klant door regelmatig contact te onderhouden en hun verwachtingen te overtreffen.
- Teamcoördinatie: Je leidt en motiveert het projectteam tijdens de voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsfase, en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
- Veiligheid: Je garandeert de veiligheid van alle betrokkenen door strikte naleving van veiligheidsnormen en -protocollen.
Wie zoeken wij?
- Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, specifiek met elektrische installaties en onderhoud in de industrie of infrastructuur.
- Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken op verschillende locaties doorheen Vlaanderen, met een huidige focus op Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
- Vaardigheden: Uitstekende organisatorische en leiderschapsvaardigheden, met een sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Communicatie: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands.
