pOur client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a developer to join their internal monitoring platform team. This role focuses on architecting and maintaining resilient software solutions that monitor application health and coordinate critical operational notifications for large-scale energy infrastructure. /pulliArchitect and optimize Python-based software applications for core business activities. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and gather requirements. /liliImplement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. /liliMentor team members through code reviews and technical leadership. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the monitoring and alerting engines. /liliEnsure the security, scalability, and maintainability of event-driven solutions. /li /ululli6+ years of experience in software development. /lili3+ years of expertise in backend development with bPython /b, bFastAPI /b, and bPydantic /b. /liliYou possess strong experience with bAsyncIO /b. /liliYou have a solid background in data and integration using bSQL /b, specifically bMSSQL /b or bPostgreSQL /b. /liliYou bring experience with message brokers such as bRabbitMQ /b. /liliYou possess deep knowledge of bservice-based architectures /b and bevent-driven systems /b. /liliYou have a strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. /liliYou're experienced in implementing IT security requirements within critical infrastructure environments. /liliYou bring experience working in bAgile /b environments and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. /liliYou are fluent in bEnglish /b with a good level of bDutch /b and/or bFrench /b. /li /ulh3Nice to Haves /h3ulliExperience with bAzure /b cloud services. /liliKnowledge of bNoSQL /b solutions and btest automation /b frameworks like bSelenium /b. /liliFamiliarity with containerization using bDocker /b and bCI/CD /b deployment pipelines. /liliExperience with legacy code refactoring initiatives. /liliProficiency in bGerman /b. /li /ulullibWork regime: /b Full-time. /lilibLocation: /b Brussels. /lilibWorking model: /b Hybrid with 2 days onsite per week. /lilibContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
