En tant qu'Ingénieur Process, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans l'optimisation des procédés et le respect des normes HSE. Vos responsabilités principales : Garantir l'application des normes HSE et des procédures de sécurité Piloter des projets d'amélioration continue (HSE, coûts, productivité, OEE) Optimiser les process de production et suivre les indicateurs de performance Animer des analyses de résolution de problèmes (RCPS, RCA) Contribuer aux plans d'investissements à court, moyen et long terme Gérer les budgets projets et assurer le respect des normes ISO Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes production, maintenance et management Profil Pour réussir en tant qu'Ingénieur Process, vous combinez expertise technique, vision process et leadership naturel dans un environnement industriel exigeant. Vos compétences techniques (hard skills) : Diplôme d'Ingénieur en génie chimique Expérience en environnement industriel / process / production Solides connaissances en HSE, productivité et OEE Maîtrise du contrôle des procédés et des systèmes automatisés Bonne connaissance des normes ISO 9001 / 14001 (atout) Expérience avec ERP, MES ou systèmes IT industriels (atout) Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) Vos qualités personnelles (soft skills) : Esprit analytique et orienté solutions Approche proactive et adaptable au changement Excellent sens de la communication et du travail en équipe Organisation, rigueur et capacité à prioriser Forte culture amélioration continue Personne n'est comme vous, et cela vous rend Unique à 100 %.
