h3Function /h3 pOur client is looking for a senior technology leader to strengthen its transversal architecture function. This opportunity is suited to an experienced professional who combines deep Java expertise with strong leadership skills and a clear understanding of both operational and business needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical leadership within the transversal architecture team. /li liCoach and support development teams, helping them grow in competence and delivery maturity. /li liDefine reference architectures and ensure their ongoing evolution. /li liEstablish and monitor SLI, SLO, and SLA targets, including the strategies needed to achieve them. /li liFollow up on strategic initiatives and support their successful delivery. /li liWork with the business to clarify and translate needs into workable specifications. /li liDefine and implement technology evolution initiatives, including the approach to technical debt management. /li liSupport the implementation of security and information management regulations and align solutions with operational requirements. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure teams and external partners as needed. /li liGather requirements and evaluate products within procurement processes. /li liContribute internal training modules and knowledge-sharing material. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 pThe ideal profile combines broad architecture experience with hands‑on technical depth across modern Java ecosystems and related tooling. /p ul liJava, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular /li liDomain‑Driven Design, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes /li liRabbitMQ, OAuth2/OIDC, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI /li liOpenTelemetry, Maven, Gradle, Hibernate /li liTDD, Cypress, C4 and Archimate modelling /li /ul pExperience with backend modernization and migration to a modern Spring-based stack is particularly important. A strong understanding of security, observability, and scalable architecture design is expected. /p h3Profile /h3 ul liAt least 15 years of experience in Java development and the Java ecosystem. /li liProven leadership experience, including at least 10 years in a Team Lead capacity. /li liSolid track record as a Solution Architect, with experience guiding architecture decisions across complex environments. /li liRecent experience delivering a backend migration to a modern technology stack and managing the full project lifecycle. /li liA bachelor’s degree with an IT focus. /li liTraining in Scrum Master and/or ICT project management is required. /li liStrong analytical thinking, coaching ability, and an agile mindset. /li liAbility to work across technical and business stakeholders with confidence and clarity. /li /ul pKnowledge of social security environments, and in particular the responsibilities of the organization, is a strong asset. Experience of at least one year within a social security-related institution is highly desirable. /p h3Practical Information /h3 pLanguage
