Als Account Executive speel je een cruciale rol in het beheer van de klantenportefeuille van onze accountmanagers. Dankzij jouw administratieve nauwkeurigheid en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden voer je diverse commercieel ondersteunende taken uit. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het opstellen van offertes voor nieuwe wagens, fietsen en kortetermijnvoertuigen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren van het volledige offerte- en ordertraject voor wagens en fietsen.
- Reserveren van aanloop- en Mid-Term Rental-wagens.
- Bijhouden en actualiseren van de database, inclusief digitale archivering en het doorvoeren van specifieke klantinstellingen.
- Analyseren en correct doorsturen van klantaanvragen naar de juiste afdeling.
- Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en werkoptimalisatie.
- Met jouw proactieve instelling en gestructureerde aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
Jouw profiel:
- Digitale skills: Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en hebt een uitstekende beheersing van MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Leergierig en nieuwsgierig: Je hebt een professionele nieuwsgierigheid waardoor je snel nieuwe systemen en processen oppikt.
- Taalvaardig: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
- Administratief sterk: Je administratie is altijd op orde en je ondersteunt met plezier je team en collega's.
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd: Je werkt grondig, efficiënt en resultaatgericht, met een sterk gevoel voor zelforganisatie.
- Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht: Je blijft kalm onder druk en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
- Diploma & persoonlijkheid: Een hoger diploma is een plus, maar jouw passie en teamgerichte instelling zijn minstens even belangrijk voor ons.
