Our client, a public sector organization focused on mobility and infrastructure, is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee a specialized online data platform. This role combines technical leadership with functional analysis to support and expand a system used for project estimation and cost management.
- Lead the further development and maintenance of the online project estimation platform.
- Perform comprehensive functional analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including database specialists and developers.
- Oversee the implementation of reporting and documentation tools.
- Ensure the quality and technical integrity of the application architecture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define and refine platform functionalities.
- You have 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX .
- You possess 3+ years of experience with APEX Office Print .
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Oracle database environments.
- You have a proven track record in functional analysis .
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within public sector organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Master or Bachelor degree in a technical or engineering field.
- Previous experience with infrastructure or cost estimation platforms.
- Start date: 02/11/2026
- Duration: until 31/07/2027
- Work regime: Full-time
- Location: Brussels
- Working model: Hybrid (1 to 2 days per week onsite)
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
