M365 Solution Designer – Copilot

This role involves translating complex business needs into functional technical specifications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on AI integration and platform governance. /p ul liTranslate business requirements into detailed solution breakdowns and workload estimations for M365 applications. /li liConfigure and customize Microsoft 365 applications and third-party solutions to meet specific organizational specifications. /li liDesign and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and lightweight agents. /li liDefine and enforce governance policies to ensure security and compliance across the digital environment. /li liOrganize and deliver workshops to increase business awareness of platform capabilities and best practices. /li liFormalize technical documentation for solution hand-over and long-term maintenance. /li liApply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to ensure the quality and sustainability of M365 solutions. /li /ul ul liYou have 5+ years of experience with bApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM) /b practices applied to bMicrosoft 365 /b solutions. /li liYou possess 4+ years of professional experience with bMicrosoft 365 /b applications, specifically bSharePoint Online /b, bMicrosoft Teams /b, bOneDrive /b, and bPlanner /b. /li liYou bring 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing bMicrosoft 365 /b applications and integrated third-party solutions. /li liYou have 3+ years of experience working in project environments including bScrum /b meetings and steering committees. /li liYou're experienced with bMicrosoft 365 Copilot /b, including bCopilot Chat /b, bCopilot Agents /b, and enterprise AI scenarios. /li liYou possess experience defining and enforcing bMicrosoft 365 /b governance, security, and functional requirements. /li liYou have knowledge of bMicrosoft 365 Admin Centers /b and platform operational best practices. /li liYou're effective at capturing and formalizing business requirements through multi-entity stakeholder interaction. /li liYou hold a Master’s degree in bInformation Technology /b. /li liYou are fluent in bDutch /b (minimum C1) and bEnglish /b (minimum C1) with a good understanding of bFrench /b (minimum B1). /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience in the transport sector or within large-scale organizations of over 22,000 employees. /li liDemonstrated awareness of security and compliance in bMicrosoft 365 /b solution delivery. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b 02/11/2026 /li libDuration: /b Until 31/12/2027 /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid with onsite requirements in Brussels for up to five days per week as required. /li libContract: /b Open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
