Today, one of their operations team in looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administration coordinator for a period of 6 months (maternity leave) & with the potential chance to get a permanent contract after.

Functieomschrijving

As the Administration Coordinator, your tasks will be to:

  • Follow-up on the Operations/ Planning Project processes of the team (advertisement planning)
  • Collect data, documents and agreementsfrom different parties
  • Complete the administrative procedure and overview the status quo
  • Communications & giving updates to other departments on status quo
  • Keep an eye on deadlines of the team
  • Collaborate with other departments for completion of projects
  • Be at the center of the project team
Profiel
  • Professional proficiency in French
  • Conversational level in Dutch
  • You acquainted a first experience in administration
  • You are dynamic, proactive and motivated
  • You like to continuously learn and develop yourself
  • You are organized and meticulous
