Job Title : HR Specialist (Recruitment & HR Administration – Europe)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Brussels, supporting recruitment and HR administrative functions across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Coordinate recruitment campaigns with the CTCO.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.2. HR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records in compliance with local Labor laws and GDPR requirements.
Assist with drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data, such as absences, leaves, and contract changes.
Ensure compliance with European Labor regulations and company policies.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees across Europe.3. Process Improvement & ReportingStreamline recruitment and HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in a European context.
Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in English and at least one other European language; French or Dutch is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
Knowledge of GDPR regulations as they relate to HR.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
