You will work across multiple infrastructure domains, helping the organization optimize its operating model while leading a strategic RFP process for infrastructure managed services. /p pAs a trusted advisor to infrastructure leadership, you will assess the current service landscape, identify improvement opportunities, and help define the future delivery model for infrastructure services. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Lead a Strategic Infrastructure RFP /h3 ul liOwn the preparation, design, and delivery of a major infrastructure services RFP. /li liGather requirements from technical and business stakeholders. /li liDefine the future service scope, responsibilities, service levels, and governance framework. /li liConduct market assessments and support vendor evaluation and selection activities. /li liCoordinate stakeholders throughout the sourcing process and support transition planning. /li /ul h3Assess Improve Managed Services /h3 pReview the current managed services model and identify opportunities for improvement across: /p ul liInfrastructure operations /li liServer patch management /li liBackup strategy, organization, and execution /li liOperational governance /li liEscalation processes /li liService quality and vendor performance management /li liService reporting and KPI management /li /ul h3Infrastructure Governance Service Management /h3 ul liAct as a bridge between infrastructure teams, service providers, and business stakeholders. /li liSupport service delivery governance and operational performance reviews. /li liEnsure clear accountability, ownership, and alignment across all infrastructure services. /li liDevelop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality. /li /ul h3Drive Infrastructure Transformation /h3 pSupport the organization's transition towards: /p ul liDevOps operating models /li liInfrastructure automation /li liInfrastructure as Code (IaC) /li liStandardized operational processes /li liReduced reliance on manual activities /li /ul pWhile contributing to transformation initiatives, you will also ensure continuity and governance around key operational services, including: /p ul liInfrastructure patching activities /li liSharePoint platforms /li liExchange environments /li liSeveral business-critical applications /li /ul pThe infrastructure environment is supported by a 24/7 operational model, requiring a strong focus on reliability and service excellence. /p h3IT / OT Convergence /h3 pA major component of the assignment will be supporting the organization's IT/OT convergence strategy. /p pYou will help: /p ul liAlign operational processes across IT and OT environments. /li liStandardize monitoring, tooling, governance, and service management practices. /li liPromote the use of common enterprise platforms and operational frameworks. /li liSupport the development of a unified infrastructure operating model across both domains. /li /ul h3Infrastructure Environment /h3 pYou will collaborate with teams covering: /p h3Compute Storage /h3 ul liVMware VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) /li liCohesity Backup /li liDell PowerScale /li liDell ECS Storage /li /ul h3Network Telecommunications /h3 ul liLAN / WAN /li liFirewalls /li liVPN /li liLoad Balancing /li /ul h3Cloud DevOps /h3 ul liMicrosoft Azure /li liAzure DevOps /li liCloud Platforms /li liInfrastructure as Code /li /ul h3Enterprise Platforms /h3 ul liSAP /li liOracle Databases /li liMongoDB /li liLinux Environments /li liEnterprise Scheduling Solutions /li /ul h3Digital Workplace /h3 ul liMicrosoft 365 /li liIdentity Access Management /li liMonitoring Solutions /li liEnd-User Collaboration Services /li /ul pTo find out more about Huxley please visit /p
