Upway est une entreprise en pleine croissance qui construit la plus grande place de marché au monde pour les vélos électriques d'occasion remis à neuf. Après avoir ouvert son entreprise à Paris, Berlin et New York, elle lance une quatrième installation en Belgique.
Nous recherchons un Responsable de l'équipe de mécaniciens de vélo pour former et gérer rapidement l'équipe croissante de techniciens. L'équipe de techniciens remettra en état jusqu'à 200 marques différentes de vélos électriques d'occasion pour offrir aux clients d'Upway des vélos de haute qualité parmi un vaste choix.
En tant que Responsable des mécaniciens, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du processus de réparation des vélos électriques et veillez à ce que les vélos soient livrés en excellent état. Vous êtes également responsable de votre équipe, que vous dirigez en tant qu'exemple, en trouvant des solutions à chaque problème tout en maintenant votre souci du détail.
Votre équipe et vous-même travaillerez dans un environnement bien équipé, sans clients, téléphones, mais avec de nombreux vélos électriques et des attentes élevées. La grande diversité de plus de 2000 modèles de vélos de ville, de vélos cargo, de VTT et plus encore vous permettra d'apprendre chaque jour de nouvelles choses.
Tu es responsable pour
- Développer une équipe solide de techniciens de vélos ;
- Former et gérer l'équipe, répartir la charge de travail pour tirer le meilleur parti de chaque technicien ;
- Effectuer la réparation, l'inspection et le contrôle de qualité pour plus de 200 marques et modèles de vélos électriques ;
- Gérer le stock de pièces et d'équipements pour réparer rapidement tous les vélos électriques ;
- Veiller à ce que chaque vélo qu'Upway livre réponde à vos exigences en termes de qualité ;
- Devenir un membre essentiel de notre équipe, où vos idées contribueront à améliorer constamment Upway.
Ce dont tu as besoin
- Une solide expérience en tant que technicien de vélos électriques, ainsi que la capacité de diriger une équipe de techniciens.
- Vous trouvez des solutions à chaque problème mécanique complexe.
- Vous testez et améliorez les processus de réparation quotidiennement.
- Vous êtes capable de constituer une équipe solide, cohérente et bien formée de techniciens.
- Vous améliorez chaque jour l'efficacité de votre équipe en examinant les points à améliorer et en fournissant un encadrement.
- Vous établissez un réseau de partenaires pour les pièces de rechange afin de gérer efficacement votre inventaire.
- Upway connaît une croissance rapide et des améliorations constantes, et vous êtes prêt à suivre cette dynamique.
- Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et prenez des décisions en continu en mettant l'accent sur l'expérience client.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication, et la connaissance de l'anglais ou du français est un atout.
