Job Description:

As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of our CRM system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer relationships, streamlining processes, and improving overall efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and improvements.
  • CRM Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Customize and configure CRM to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
  • User Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to CRM users across different departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues on time.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize CRM data to generate insights and reports for management.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • CRM Maintenance and Upkeep:
  • Ensure the CRM system is up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
  • Perform regular data hygiene activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with various departmental needs.
  • Communicate CRM-related updates and changes to stakeholders.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
